3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation. Final pricing may change if additional damage, structural issues, material requirements, or necessary repairs are discovered during the roofing project.
We will communicate any material changes and obtain approval before performing additional work whenever possible.
4. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on team availability, weather conditions, and project requirements. If you need to cancel or reschedule an inspection or service appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Roofing appointments and project timelines may be rescheduled or delayed due to severe weather, unsafe working conditions, material availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties may apply to eligible roofing materials and products, while workmanship or labor warranties may be provided on qualifying services.
